When MTV came to town for their Annual Woodie Awards event in conjunction with Austin's SXSW Festival we were there to make sure that everything went off without a hitch. Massive tents were set up In the Austin-American Statesman parking lot and everyday food was provided for performers and crew alike. Upwards of 200 people a day over the five day period.
We offer our party planning services to local charities including Austin Children's Shelter, Dress for Success, LifeWorks, and Austin Chamber Music Center.
Fabulous Affairs also supports the charitable efforts of Backpack Buddies, Brown Santa, & Blue Santa and assist our clients in their efforts to raise money for national charities such as United way, Make-a-Wish and local, state, and national political campaigns.
